Is psychotherapy right for me?

With mental health problems, there are no precise threshold values like with most physical ailments, above which we must consult a doctor.

Therefore, it's difficult to pinpoint exactly when to begin psychotherapy. However, if you're asking yourself this question, it's an indication that you have a problem that is weighing on you or your mind.

Those who undergo psychotherapy take responsibility for their own health.According to this, they possess the most important prerequisite for psychotherapy:

Your desire to change something, and your fundamental willingness to engage with your feelings and experiences and to accept support in doing so.

" Psychotherapy is a journey to yourself. Show yourself appreciation and invest in yourself. You deserve it!

II will support and accompany you with appreciation, empathy and professionalism.at the following problems:

  • You are in a stressful period of transition (e.g. separation, menopause, illness, death, unemployment, accident) that is difficult to cope with.
