It can always happen that agreed appointments cannot be kept. As with many fee-based services where a specific appointment has been reserved, there is a cancellation policy. This states that the appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment Appointments must be cancelled in advance; otherwise, the fee for the missed hour is payable. Appointments scheduled after a weekend or before a public holiday must be cancelled by the last working day of the preceding weekend or holiday.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, you will not incur any costs upon presentation of a doctor's certificate.

I offer patients who are unable to come to the practice in person as alternative Psychotherapy via telephone or internet!
